I believe in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I am dedicated to creating a compassionate and supportive environment where patients feel understood and empowered on their journey to mental wellness. I take a holistic approach to psychiatry, emphasizing the importance of treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms. I integrate various therapeutic modalities tailored to everyone’s unique needs, aiming to promote overall well-being and balance in my patients' lives.
Background
I grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida, and pursued a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Cell Science at the University of Florida, followed by a medical degree from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine. Training in a Psychiatry residency at the University of Miami, as well as the Miami VA and Jackson Behavioral Health, I am dedicated to treating various psychiatric conditions and helping patients achieve better mental health. My research interests include cultural psychiatry and nutritional psychiatry. In my free time, I enjoy strength training, cooking, fashion, home décor, traveling, mindfulness, fitness, music, and art. These activities bring me joy and balance, contributing to my well-being and inspiring my holistic approach to mental health care.

If you wish to use insurance for services, your coverage must be verified before your appointment. Please note that couples and family therapy are not available for those utilizing insurance, as these specialized services fall outside the scope of coverage for most insurance plans.
Steps to utilize your Insurance:
