Self-Pay Clients

You may continue to book below. Please note that as a self-pay client, you agree to pay for services out of pocket and understand that these fees cannot be submitted to an insurance provider for reimbursement. Once services are rendered under self-pay, we cannot retroactively bill your insurance.

Insurance Clients

If you wish to use insurance for services, your coverage must be verified before your appointment.

Steps to utilize your Insurance:

❶ Do not book through this portal.

❷ Get your insurance verified Here
❸ We will initiate the verification process and contact you shortly once your coverage is verified.
❹ We will provide you with several therapists who may be covered by your plan and communicate their schedules.
❺ We will finalize your onboarding and prepare you for your first session (Please note $75 one time processing charge is collected at the time of booking).

Couples & Family Therapy

At Love Discovery Institute, couples and family therapy are specialized services designed to help partners and families navigate challenges, improve communication, and build stronger relationships. Unlike traditional therapy covered by insurance, these services involve a comprehensive, tailored approach that may include:

Multi-Hour Sessions – Extended sessions may be used for deeper relational work.
Assessments & Specialized Tools – We may utilize structured assessments and specialized techniques.
Collaboration with Experts – Our clinicians may work with other specialists on the team for comprehensive support.
No Diagnosis Code – Since no mental health diagnosis is given, insurance does not cover these services.

🟢 Out-of-Network Benefits – If you have a PPO plan, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement through a superbill, depending on your provider’s policies.
